Chiropractor, Founder & Owner

Dr. Samantha Lombardi (Fehr), DC

Dr. Sam is a chiropractor and avid promoter of whole family wellness. She is fueled by her passion to educate and empower women during their journey through motherhood. As a mom herself, she has learned first hand the importance of holistic health care options, not only for yourself but also your children. Her mission is to provide support, resources, and amazing chiropractic care through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond. Dr. Sam believes that chiropractic care holds immense benefits for all, by reducing stress on the nervous system and re-connecting the body to its healing power within.

She grew up in Washington state, and graduated with her Bachelors of Science from Colorado State University with a minor in Biomedical Science. Dr. Sam then continued her education in Atlanta, at Life University, where she graduated with her Doctorate of Chiropractic Summa Cum Laude. She has also worked closely with the International Pediatric Association (ICPA) to become certified in the Webster technique (specialized for pregnancy care) & is currently working towards her CACCP certification (an additional specialization in pediatric care). Dr. Sam is trained in SOT, Thompson technique, Activator, and Diversified Full Spine adjusting. She recently had the opportunity to work in the leading chiropractic office in Northern Colorado specializing in pregnancy, pediatrics, and spinal corrective care. She believes that learning is a lifelong journey and continues to attend seminars and gain new certifications in order to bring the most innovative care to her patients.

Outside the office you can find Dr. Sam going on outdoor adventures with her husband, Nate, their son, Brooks & puppy. She loves trying new baking recipes, getting her daily workout in, coffee, and traveling to new exciting places, her favorite so far is Copenhagen!

Chiropractic Assistant

Patty Barrientos

My name is Pattie and I am beyond excited to join the Primal Team as a Chiropractic Assistant. My passion for chiropractic began quite a few years ago but really blossomed during my last two pregnancies, of which I received care and continued receiving care after giving birth. I fell in love with how chiropractic honors the interconnectedness of life – our physical body affects our emotional and spiritual health and vice versa! This is especially true during some of the most beautiful moments of our lives (pregnancy, birth, motherhood) and I am grateful to be a part of the journey towards that sacred balance and “re-alignment” for more than just myself, through working with Dr. Sam and the team.

Outside of the office, I am a stay-at-home and homeschooling mama of three young children, ages 6, 4, and 17 months. In my free time, which can sometimes be hard to come by at this stage of motherhood, I enjoy reading, gardening, cooking, and being outdoors!

Wellness Coordinator

Julianna Zavaglia

Julianna is happy to be a part of the Primal Chiropractic team as the office’s wellness coordinator, with a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and creating a supportive environment for individuals to thrive in!

In addition to working at the office, Julianna is currently studying Child Psychology and Occupational Therapy at LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY!

Being born and raised in Syracuse her entire life has helped to give her gratitude for our little town, the people, and the small businesses that make us so unique. When Julianna is not in the office she enjoys working out, baking, hanging out with her son Ottavio, and getting yummy coffee.
